Park Residences, part of our Woodlands Assisted Living of Waterville campus, offers all the best of Independent Retirement Living with gracious studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Unlike other retirement communities, Park Residences’ 39 apartments do not require a large cash “investment” or “buy in.”
